Cancellation Policy

You will be charged 50% of your service along with an automatic 20% gratuity for cancellations the day before your appointment time*, and 100% of your service for cancellations day of your appointment time, or no-shows day of. No-shows are considered a “no show” after 15 minutes of the start of your scheduled service. *Appointments valuing $100 or more, and/or 45 minutes or more book time will be charged 100% of the appointment with an automatic 20% gratuity. You can reschedule later in the scheduled 10 days of the month, and after that if you have to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged the cancellation fee pertaining to your appointment type*
